The definition of coup d’état according to Webster’s dictionary is: a sudden decisive exercise of force in politics; especially : the violent overthrow or alteration of an existing government by a small group.
WOW. That definition sounds about right. Jeff has the ability to suddenly exercise a violent overthrow of the Jessie, Natalie, Chima alliance. Will he do it??
Even the feed watchers, who normally get sneak peaks into this sort of decision, don’t really know how the real live show is going to play out. There have been key talks that may influence the decision either way:
Jeff Will Use It:
- Jeff asks Russel- “If Jessie and Natalie were on the Block, who would you vote for?” Russel- “Jessie.”
- Jeff to Jordan “Id like to see Jessie and Natalie up on the block against one another.”
- Jeff and Michele: Michele to Jeff, “If you had the Magic Power would you use it.” Jeff-”Ya, I would”
Jeff Wont Use It:
- Chima has been walking around the house threatening that if someone uses the Wizard power on her reign she will go off on Live television and come after them.
- Natalie keeps saying that if someone were to use the Wizard power they would be stupid because it puts a target on that persons back.
- Jessie has been extra nice to Jordan and Jeff. Jessie to Jordan-”Russel is the one telling you guys I’m coming after you and he’s telling us the same when we never said that.” eh-hem,…LIE. Jessie would put Jeff and Jordan up against each other in a heartbeat.
- Jordan doesn’t trust Russel and has been saying very clearly to Jeff that she does not.
So either side of this coin has its Pros and Cons. I’m sure we all do not want to see Jeff become a target…but we also voted for him to have this power because we want to see it ‘exercised’.

He totally needs to use it, throw up Jessie and Natalie. Too bad he can’t really overthrow or he could put Chima up, she wears me OUT! kthxbye.
The power was given to Jeff because he would know who to put and would not be a coward. He doesn’t use the people than he should join the girl’s alliance. Because, that would all american that he has no balls.
I confess, I’m alittle worried about him if he uses it against Jessie and Natalie, but I totally want to see him do it. I think if he uses it and Jessie goes home (WIN!) then yes, hes going to have at least Chima and Natalie gunning for him, possibly two-faced Michelle as well (she will side with whoever she thinks will carry her furthest). Russell & Jordan will back Jeff – Not sure about Kevin & Lydia.
On the flip side, if Natalie were to be the one voted off, I don’t think Jessie would do anything other then whatever he can for himself. And revenge for Natalie would be the least of his worries.
I cant believe the show isnt going to be live tonight. All because of Chimas big @ss mouth. I hope Jeff uses the CDT + I hope Chima freaks out enough to get evicted for disrespecting production.That would be a dream come true if Jessie and Chima left tonight. Next week-NATALIE!
I agree Harmer7!!! But I feel as if Chima (in particular) has gotten away with alot of things this season that they would never have allowed previous guests to do! I think they are letting Chima run wild just for the sake of ratings and its going to cost the viewers in the long run. Its not fair for her to have that power over the guests – she wants to talk about Russell being a tyrant?!?!?! Shes a bigger bully by far and shes got BB’s unofficial support and encouragement to do so.
jeff might as well use the power becuse the same people that run there mouth “revenge will be theirs” will gun for jeff no matter what so he should use it
What a total cop-out for Big Brother to tape the show just because of Chima and her threats and big mouth! Talk about letting her believe shes got all the power in the house! I think they should call Chima in and tell her point blank that if she behaves inappropriately for the live eviction that SHE will be the one going home!
Common Big Brother, GROWS SOME BALLS and take control of the house!
as far as I see bb9 even though i did not like the winner or runner up is by far better than this with for an exception of 2 or 3 players bb screwed up royal on a good share of these creeps with jessie on top of the screw up list.
